This is a time where you find out how far your insurance company is really willing to go for you. Collision Pros will take the wheel for you and handle your collision claim so that you can get back to your life while we take care of the hard stuff. ï»¿

 

We routinely take care of tasks such as vehicle inspection, towing arrangements, car rental set up, claim status updates, and document assistance. For insurance companies whose adjusters want to put you on the back burner, we make sure to stay on top of them so they don't forget about your claim.       NEGOTIATION
 

Unknown to most, many insurance companies generally try to spend the least amount of money possible to repair your vehicle and rent you a car (if you have rental coverage). Collision Pros will work to make sure they are approving quality parts and acceptable repair hours and rates. There is usually a large difference between the estimate they write at your home or work and one written at our facility. We strongly recommend setting up the inspection at our shop in case they want to short-change you on your repair. We are well-known to most insurance companies. Our team will negotiate and work to make sure you are taken care of.

      RENTAL ASSISTANCE
 

We have relationships with most rent-a-car companies, including Hertz and Enterprise. You can get picked up right from our shop when dropping off your car!

•If the other party is at fault in your claim, you are eligible for a rental or car rental compensation.

•If you are going through your own insurance, we can find out if you have car rental coverage in your policy.

•If you are not using insurance for your repairs, we can set you up with a low-rate rental for the days your vehicle will be in the shop.
